So I ended up turning a couple tracks from my rap album Rhyme Frenzy One into slushwave. Wasn’t planned, just messing around in FL Studio and stumbled into a sound that felt really dope. I tried it out with a few songs from the album to see which ones worked best slushed up, and landed on two that felt right.

It’s got that hazy, slowed-down vibe — kind of chopped and screwed, kind of ambient. If you're into that kind of stuff, you might dig it. Thinking I might do the same with Rhyme Frenzy Two once that’s out.
