Dai and Ruth return to discuss the transfer window's Welsh comings and goings, especially at Elland Road - home of CPD Lleeds. We also look at some others who didn't get a move and what it all means for Wales. 

From there we have a look at "where we are" with some injured players being ruled out of the playoffs as well as the returning Aaron Ramsey, to the Cardiff bench. And I explain to Ruth my run in with a former England international!

The bulk of the show is a look ahead to Thursday's Nations League draw and who we want, and want to avoid. We finish with a discussion of the Wales women's recently announced game on 27th February, and the confirmation of the coaching staff which has been announced. As usual, we cover every base.

Dai and Ruth sit down and discuss the China Cup as Wales got to the final after destroying China 6-0 but then lost to Uruguay in the final. 

We discuss the team Giggs played, how he set up the team and what long term solutions or problems he may have found in this trip. We congratulate the FAW for what they have done to arrange the trip, and talk about the big winners and losers of the trip. 

We also take a few moments at the end to chat about new records set on this trip by Gareth Bale (who Dai giddily calls Wales' greatest ever athlete) and Chris Gunter.
