Dai and Ruth return for a tough podcast to record after 4 disappointing results in 10 days. The women had two frustrating draws with Ukraine although they are on track for a seeded place in the playoffs as they strive for Euro 2025. Elsewhere Rob Page's men drew against Gibraltar and got roundly beaten by Slovakia. 

The main chatter though having looked at the games is where next for the manager, the crowd reaction to him, what are the alternatives and what do we think (and want!) to happen. It's a longer one to cover, and thank you for all your questions. We covered as many as possible.

Dai and Ruth sit down and discuss the China Cup as Wales got to the final after destroying China 6-0 but then lost to Uruguay in the final. 

We discuss the team Giggs played, how he set up the team and what long term solutions or problems he may have found in this trip. We congratulate the FAW for what they have done to arrange the trip, and talk about the big winners and losers of the trip. 

We also take a few moments at the end to chat about new records set on this trip by Gareth Bale (who Dai giddily calls Wales' greatest ever athlete) and Chris Gunter.
