Lobularia is the result of a creative process that took months of work in the studio. With an obsessive dedication to structure, detail, and sound design, Jor-G Tortosa has shaped a project where every synthesizer and every rhythmic layer was crafted until reaching its own identity.
The EP delivers three intense and direct cuts, moving between hypnotic atmospheres and raw textures, reflecting the most underground essence of Beat Addiction Trax. “Lobularia” opens with mysticism and power, “Fade to Detune” dives into darker and destabilizing ground, while “Sustance” closes with a visceral pulse built for the dance floor.

Lobularia es el fruto de un proceso creativo que ha llevado meses de trabajo en el estudio. Con una dedicación obsesiva a la estructura, los detalles y el diseño sonoro, Jor-G Tortosa ha dado forma a un proyecto donde cada sintetizador y cada capa de ritmo han sido moldeados hasta alcanzar una identidad propia.
El EP despliega tres cortes intensos y directos, que viajan entre atmósferas hipnóticas y texturas crudas, reflejando la esencia más underground de Beat Addiction Trax. “Lobularia” abre con fuerza y misticismo, “Fade to Detune” se adentra en terrenos oscuros y desestabilizadores, mientras que “Sustance” cierra con un pulso visceral diseñado para la pista.
Más que un simple lanzamiento, este trabajo representa un ciclo de exploración y búsqueda personal que consolida a Jor-G Tortosa como una de las voces inconfundibles dentro del techno underground español

A lady born in the midst of melodies, thanks to her predecessors who taught her since little to have love for music.
Though Punk was her first contact in music, Magdalena as always been unique for exploring new sounds that are able to satisfy her as an artist that at the same time wouldn’t seem to empathize with the preferences of other musicians. Nonetheless, she decided to enter the world of electronic, which lead her to discover a great passion for mixes and realizing to succeed in her career as a soloist.
She has had the chance to play with Moby, Darren Emerson & Ferry Corsten, and also received support in her releases from artist like Adriana Lopez, Perc, Cari Lekebusch, Psyk, Max Cooper, DJ Squirt, Mekas, and others.
She has releases in Techsound, Business Class Records, We Love Bta, Inversion Records and her own label Broken Mind Recordings where she develops her latest project “Civil Disobedience”, which includes a raw intro reflecting on the social reality of the country, an original theme, a remix from Myles Sergé and others loaded with dark and overwhelming atmospheres.
Ending 2015, she was in charge of closing Boiler Room Colombia Stage A, showing through her set the force and energy that signifies her, rising as the most seen video from Boiler in her first version in the country. Now, Magdalena will be part of the label PZRecords where she will develop musical content and continue to surprise her loyal Techno-loving audience.
