Ballad

Bass player/Composer living on stolen and occupied xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) lands. My compositions are in the tradition of "Jazz" or Black American Music (BAM). I acknowledge that as a white settler, I am a guest in this musical tradition and it is my responsibility to pay respect and reparations to the Black communities from which these living traditions and art forms are born and re-born.
