If a track you submitted does not appear in this list, it’s probably because another of your tracks appeared in our Fresh Faves or on the BBC Music Introducing Mixtape during the last three months — we ask that artists featured on either wait three months before resubmitting to give others a chance. 

We also don’t accept short previews or SoundCloud Go tracks that can only be heard as 30 second previews, and tracks made private after submission, which cannot be included in playlists. You will be able to resubmit the track in future. Tracks (and remixes of tracks) that have been previously submitted, and tracks from banned artists will also be removed.

Christmas songs and the like are also not eligible for the Listening Post, although we will collect these into a playlist that will be published on 24 December.

'No Cages' is my third album, and my first in seven years. 

It features the singles 'Simple Life' and 'Incomplete'.

It is my first collection of predominantly animal rights songs and covers topics such as intensive chicken farming, toxic masculinity, humane-washing / greenwashing, and the perception of vegans by a non-vegan world. The project also covers other themes such as loss and loneliness, how technology is disconnecting us from the real world, escaping from the human race, and the beauty of the ground beneath our feet.

It has been a labour of love, taking over two years to complete, delayed by various set-backs, most noticeably damage to my vocal chords. 

The album features over 40 contributors from across the world, including Vegan Queen V, Liz Mitchell (Terrorvision), Ian Haywood, Giles Bryant, and Chaos Collective (Blur). It was recorded at Half-ton Studios in Milton by Neil Rogers, mastered by Pete Maher (U2, Pixies), and features artwork by Tom Jones.

I feel nothing at all....

A year has gone by. We were hoping and dreaming for something better. A revolution has fallen- fallen because of our greed.

Now, in a time where everything is uncertain, maybe this is reality. Or maybe we are just naive enough to dream about a better day.

Sometimes I wonder what the meaning of it all is. Then again, it’s all meaningless.

Sometimes I think about the past. I regret nothing at all, because I would have done the same again and again.

Sometimes I miss you a lot, then again, you are Unforgivable.

I’m an Italian singer-songwriter blending pop and introspective storytelling. I’m deeply spiritual and always try to see the positive side of life. I started writing music at 17, when I lived in England with a host family, an experience that changed my life and made me take music seriously for the first time. Today I regularly travel back and forth between London and Italy for gigs and I’ll finally be moving to London in 2026.
My songs are born from the lessons I’m living: simple, direct lyrics carrying clear messages, like in Now and Nostalgia, where I explore the importance of embracing the present moment. On January 1st, 2025, after years of sacrifices to afford studio sessions and private lessons, I released my first album. I’ve opened five concerts for the historic Italian band Nomadi: the second longest-running band in the world after The Rolling Stones. I’m now working on new music with an even stronger spiritual core, a project I’m deeply excited about and honoured to create.
