Der Track Astra wird den Assoziationen von unendlicher Größe, die sich bei so einem Namen unwillkürlichaufdrängen, voll und ganz gerecht. The Advocate schießt uns durch die Tiefen des Raums, wobei wir imVorbeiflug die geheimnisvollen Schallwellen von einem Wüstenplanet empfangen. In einem Paralleluniversumbefindet sich Mollono.Bass derweil auf der gleichen Reise und feiert dort so eine Art kosmischenFrühlingsausbruch. Dann leuchtet am Horizont ein glitzerndes Band Sternenstaub, das sich bei genaueremBetrachten als die Melodie von Emi Go herausstellt. Mit minimalistischer Trancigkeit wummert der Titel entlangeiner perfide fetten Bassline. Space Motion wird in seinem Remix sogar noch euphorischer und erinnert uns anjene goldenen Tage, als Techno, House und Trance nicht so klar definiert waren und noch unter dem OberbegriffSpaß Haben liefen. An diese Stimmung knüpft auch der letzte Titel Sel an, dessen Lead-Synth uns in einWellenbad der positiven Energie taucht.

The track Astra really lives up to the notion of endless space that inevitably comes with such a name. TheAdvocate sends us on a stellar journey, the trajectory of which brings us close to an alien desert planet fromwhere we receive enigmatic sonic transmissions. Meanwhile, in a parallel universe, Mollono.bass is on the sameflight but here he's apparently celebrating something like a cosmic outbreak of spring. Then we approach aglistening band of stardust which actually turns out to be the melody of Emi Go. With a minimalist, yetextremely catchy tranciness this tune comes with the beast of a bassline. Space Motion gets even moreeuphoric in his remix and reminds us of those golden days when Techno, House and Trance were not clearlydefined but basically just different aspects of Having Fun. The last track Sel picks up on exactly this sort ofatmosphere, its lead synth bathing us in waves of positive energy.

Named after a bus stop where the duo had the initial inkling for this album, Terminal Caribe serves as the point of departure for an entrancing journey through a wildly varied world of sound. Soulful melodies, captivating harmonies, colorful orchestration, polyrhyhmic percussions and marimbas, and deep bass lines combine with heartwarming vocals and the sounds of sea to tell a tale that is at once epic, melancholic, spacy and irresistibly groovy. 

Santi (from Asunción, Paraguay) and Tuğçe (from Istanbul, Turkey) left their homes to follow their dreams of music and have been road companions and musical partners for more than a decade. They collaborated on two full length-albums, four EPs and numerous singles which captivated listeners worldwide. With their 2016 EP El Regreso del Gallito, “Santi & Tuğçe rewrote Paraguayan folklore” (Thump Vice, Brazil) and with their Songs for My Grandmother, selected as one of the best albums from Turkey in 2017 by Beehype, they remade Turkish classics for contemporary audiences. Drawing on their eclectic background and constant pulse for innovation, Santi & Tuğçe once again reinvent an unpredictable and enticing soundscape of the Caribbean and beyond.

Nachdem der „Tanzbär“ nun schon seit Monaten als Geheimtipp über die Tanzflächen des Landes schleicht, bekommt er hiermit endlich die offiziellen Reisepapiere: Die neueste EP des Berliner Dada-Deep-House-Trios DAS MAER ist am 20.03.20 erschienen. Im Sparpaket enthalten sind der Titeltrack und drei Hüftenzittern-induzierende Remixe von Oscar OZZ, Pysh und Rich vom Dorf. Perfekter Stoff um sich auf den Frühling einzustimmen.  

Mit dem Tanzbär liefern @Brascon, @yannekmaunz und Johanson alias @dasmaer in gewohnter Manier einen Genre Mix der sich aus Deep House, Neuer Deutscher Welle und „Hauptsache funkige Bassline“ zusammensetzt. Das frisch gegründete Trio schafft damit der Debütsingle Millionär einen gebührenden Nachfolger und stürzt sich sogleich auf die nächsten Produktionen. Man darf gespannt sein, was da noch folgen wird.

First track "I Feel You" it's a Progressive House song that expresses the happiness that comes from feeling the kicks of his child in the womb and second tune it is called "Heart Beat" with a background created by the sound of the child's heart, forceful bass drum and a melody that envelops you in a journey that will make you dance.

❖ Wir sind unglaublich glücklich darüber, dass Johnny Ro aka Rolandson uns dieses Stück Musik anvertraut!

Unserer Meinung nach, ist es ein überwältigendes, musikalisches Kunstwerk, welches unsere Crew in Atem gehalten und dazu bewegt hat, wirklich und ernsthaft inne zu halten.

Die Kommunikation zwischen Rolandson und uns war so ausgedehnt und intim, dass es auf der Hand liegt, hier als Beschreibung sinngemäße, originale Auszüge und Begriffe aus unserem Schriftverkehr einzubringen:

❖ „Der Wind hat mir ein Lied erzählt - im Wald, bei Schnee und abseits der Pfade.“

„Da ist also nun das hörbar gemachte Gefühl - Der Wal im Lokal.“

„… ich konnte nicht anders, denn in mir ist eine Seele, die schon sehr lange (wieder) nach Licht und künstlerischer Freiheit sucht.“
