THE RED CAR:

"The red car DJ set" is a set suitable for daytime lighting. 
It is a sunny set with more introspective parts. 
A journey with elements of techno, indie disco, electro and house, which does not limit itself to the choice of a musical genre, but rather tries to communicate a code to the dancefloor. This time, unlike Plöt's normally more introspective sets, it reconnects to the image of a 3-year-old child on a sunny day, happily playing with his red car.
There is no lack of references to the more nocturnal sounds, the social phenomena that clubbing as a lifestyle represents. For example, the sound reference to the "ruta del bacalao" in Valencia. Alessandro's DJ sets are always a continuous narrative, and this way of seeing things probably makes him a DJ open to any type of sound.



Alessandro aka PLÖT is a DJ-Producer born in Italy, currently living in Barcelona.
The project appears from the fear of losing the relationship between the energy and the sounds and noise that life gives Us day by day.
Alessandro, started making music from a young age, at the age of fourteen.
During his career, he shared stage with artists such as Moderat, Riva Starr, Mustard Pimp, Asian Dub Foundation, South Central, Cinnaman, Dirty Phonics, Leeroy Thornhill, Sohn, Forest Swords, Miss Kittin, Etienne de Crecy, amongst many others.
In 2011 Alessandro started travelling between Spain, the United kingdom and Italy, and had the opportunity to exhibit his music in various clubs and festivals.
During the spring of 2018 his album "Gate" will be published by the New York label De-Konstrukt available on Beatport.
PLÖT offers an underground trip through an ambient and experimental sound with a solid techno base, with influences from Berlin and Detroit, house music, indie dance, nu disco and an electro touch.

PLÖT THE RED CAR

DJ and producer from Sicily. Collects groovy and hypnotic techno . Francesco began sharing his tracks in early 2019, in his Dj sets on the Beaches of Sicily, creating deep, intimate atmospheres, taking the dance floor on an introspective dancing journey where the music moves the body and the soul. The Underground Techno Scene of Amsterdam has deeply influenced his driving rhythms, as well as the spirit and vitality of the city is easily transmitted from his tracks. Francesco has released tracks on labels such as Eclipse Recording and Soundissonance.

Poliarnia is a female DJ based in Krakow, born in Minsk, part of Social Disruption collective. She mixes hard groovy techno beats with fast paced trance, loves dark sounds, pounding basslines and ethno vibes. Always experimenting and making every set a unique story. Poliarnia is a dancer at heart so her main goal is to make bodies move🌓

Sinaze is an artist based in the Netherlands, born in Tbilisi, Tbilisi's rave culture has had a great influence on his development from dancefloor to artist. His inspiration and musical evolution was brainstormed by Bassiani, who inspired him. He has been actively involved in rave culture since 2015 and now offers a set that will take you on a journey. In the techno world of the 90's sound, you can also find groove and hard groove sounds in his music.
He is a music enthusiast and focused on producing as well. Hypnotic and groove techno is the genre that connects him with the listener. He made his debut last summer in a private club Genyx 📍❌❌❌

This part of my life started back in 2012. People around me were preparing for another end-of-the-world scenario and I ended up in a hard break-up drama simultaneously infringed by a label for my previous artist alias and got sued by the state to unrelated debts. I felt no more to continue with anything I was doing at the time, neither I found any sense of my very own existence. The great depression was eating me up alive. I was dying.

Since the sound of Electronic Music was my only obsession at the very early age of four when I heard the Oxygen Part 2 by Jean Michel Jarre for the first time, this almost secret obsession of mine, I raised to something like a science for me today. I see myself less of a musician nor an artist, but more of an alchemist learning the one’s, including my own self’s, perception of the sound and light by building these random experiences around the world.

Fast forward to the future, I believe that feeling during my first performances as It’s Mikita somewhere at an underground venue or an open air festival later year 2012 literally saved my life. It was the only therapy for me that cured my faulty and self-destructing mind, almost on the edge to psychotic or hypnotic experience. And this is how I rediscovered Techno.

When I perform I believe to share something intimate with people in front of me; to inspire every single one for the brighter tomorrow; to heal one’s mentality and let it all go, at least for a moment or eternity. It’s all about the space and time, the sound and light. It’s all about Techno”.

Hohlfeld is 30 years old, born in Berlin, spent his adolescence growing up in the US, and has been living in the Hague since 2015 studying for his Bachelors of Music from the Institute of Sonology which he completed in 2020. Amedium loves to expand the horizons of perceived possibility whilst still embracing fundamental elements of the contemporary cookie-cutter music world.
