This song talks about how anxiety affects our lives and how people dead with it, some people deal with it with drugs, others with pills, other with alcohol, etc. However at the end of the day we share the same pain in different levels so that’s why i made this song for all the people who is going through it like me, this song was made and recorded just in a couple hours i barely practiced it.

During the session i experienced an anxiety attack however i was able to continue making the song with some breaks, at the end recording this song was a way to feel free, I still getting attacks but i like to think that i’m not the only one so i hear my song and I don’t feel alone after all.
