‘I Know Someone’ is the first release on Bristol based ‘Good Vibrations Music’, featuring the production talents of local soulful maestro Sean McCabe and silky smooth vocals from Mike City out of L.A.

Mike City is an American singer-songwriter and record producer. He is best known for producing the singles "I Wish" for Carl Thomas, "Heard It All Before" for Sunshine Anderson, "Full Moon" for Brandy and "One Woman Man" for Dave Hollister.

Since the success of Sean’s remix of ‘Shining’ by Mike City back in 2012, this collaboration has been on the cards for more than a minute. An infectious Juno synth chord based groove from Sean creates the backbone of the record and offers the perfect blend with Mike’s R&B-style vocals and luscious harmonies.

It’s a combination that will ease any pains, calm any worries and bring a smile to the face, bottling up that sunshine feeling for those darker days when a little lift is needed.   Timmy offers four mixes that bring a real versatility to this single. First up, the  “Original Vocal” and “Instrumental” Mixes that let Regisford’s bumping bass, jazzed up piano, swelling strings and spiritual keys shine under Wilson’s stellar vocal performance. Secondly, the “Alternative Vocal Mix” switches the percussion of the original opting for more congas, shakers and bongos whilst leaving the claps at bay to give a deeper interpretation of the original. Finally, the “Alternative Dub” drops the vocals of this alternate version completing what is another standout release from Timmy Regisford that captures the soulful essence of 2018.
