Aftergore: Alternate Outcomes details the different variations of the neutral endings. 
So for example Aftergore III is about the ending where Undyne and Asgore is dead.
So Aftergore IIIa will be about the one where Undyne took over with Papyrus being dead. (Meaning some of the roles will change.)
Sans takes the role of Flowey in this one but it's more of a Underfell-ish Flowey role. Sans decided to move in with Toriel to keep her company during her prolonged exile. He might be friendly and laid-back as usual but that doesn't mean he isn't going to keep a close-eye socket on you.
(Side Note: I had this idea a long time ago but didn't really do anything with it....until now that is.)
