This song was written on a Sunday afternoon while counting down the hours, stressing about the 9 to 5. I shared the song with Josiah King and she made it beautiful and soulful. Then one day Juz Beatz plays this  banging blues beat .....and the rest, as they say, is The Future" myBruthazkeepa.

On this track we imagine Hip Hop NOT staging a coup and then broadcasting it from the radio station as the standard procedure would have it. The poem was written years ago as a slam piece and this version was recorded in 2016. Any similarity to another coup that didn't happen is entirely coincidental...unless you dont believe in coincidences, in which case it is Providence. And of course we have Juz Beatz on the beats going against the grain as he likes to do in the lab!
