'From Now On' is produced by Dougal James (The Sunken Sea, Tram Cops, Hannah Kate) with lush and angelic backing harmonies from Mabel and Ivy Windred-Wornes (Charm of Finches), and wistful brass played by Finn Bennet (Tulahah, Officer Parrot). 
'From Now On' is a first-person introspective which delves into Cian's personal experiences with depression and anxiety. A message to self... To slow down, and take each day as it comes.

Cian Bennet is a 25 year old Melbourne-based artist, whose work is best described as melancholic ballads with folk-rock and indie-pop influences. Growing up in a family of musicians, Cian was immersed in a variety of different styles of playing and performing. These influences all come to a head in his new EP which is due to be released later this year. 

Playing in local Melbourne art rock band ‘The Sunken Sea’ (vocals, trumpet, synth) Cian has been able to hone his performing skills over the last 6 years, creating a deep connection to the Melbourne music scene. Years of co-writing, experimenting and performing has allowed Cian to form a unique and evocative lyrical style and sound.
