This idea has been circulating in my head for a long time and I've been meaning to find the energy to actually put it together. That DX7 melody was the first thing I kept hearing in my head and the 'quacking' brass in the background was also a must.

This was a story I had on my mind for many years, but the plot took forever to form. Recently did it come together. It may not sound the best, but it's the best I could do. But apart form that, I hope you enjoy.

Closing Down: A Thomas story

I think it's time for another City Pop styled song, going a bit slower than 'Moonlight City' this time and going for the more 'slow jam ballad' type of sound. The motif at the start was something I've been hearing in my head for a while and wanted to see how it actually sounded. I've always wanted to go for this sound, especially now I have my new D-50 Rhodes to experiment with.
There's still some of my typical sax in here but I think this time we've introduced a legit guitar solo, awesomely played by Carson who offered to help out!
It's good to try these things out and see where they go, I'm trying to crack down any sound I attempt and this was on on the checklist. Still got more 80s to come, so keep your eyes peeled!

Originally a track commissioned by Iron Crewe, I kinda re-wrote it to be something else but not to far from the original which is a private piece.

This was inspired by a Japanese Terrahawks track that I was sent but I went a more video game-ish route with the sound, kinda like my other track 'Final Circuit'.

I've always loved the instrumentation to this so I decided to lift it from the 'Season 1' version that I did months back and finally do the big bombastic movie variant. The South Park movie soundtrack is undeniably brilliant and it's a shame they never did another one like it, a true stand out from the series.
