So finally here's a new liquid drum and bass mix after a year and a half from my last one! With over 2 million views Illusions of Existence has become one of the most popular dnb mixes, for this one I went with the same concept: 1 hour of pure liquid goodness, nothing more, nothing less. Hocseat & Kontrast have teamed up to create an essential EP, perfect for the upcoming summer months.  Hocseat, who hails from Paris, and Kontrast, who represents Bristol, have both had their own solo projects on Soul Deep in recent months.  However, when teamed up together, they have combined their talents at crafting undeniable soulful grooves, which is apparent throughout the EP.  The EP kicks off with the title track, “City Lights”, which combines snappy drums, a rolling, steady bassline, with swirling atmospherics, echoing vocals, and reverse efx.  The song is followed up by the deep grooves of “What I Do”, which features classic chopped up breaks, melancholic pianos, a deep sub bassline, and echoing vocals that add depth to the soundscape.  Hocseat goes solo on the next tune, “Soulmotion”, offering up a soulful slice of music for the dancefloor.  The song features jazzy Rhodes chords, snappy breaks, a deep sub bassline, and sultry vocals.  Lastly, Kontrast goes in on the remix duties of “Soulmotion”, and flips the track in a way that only he can do.  The song takes classic breaks and tastefully chops them up, while adding intuitive embellishments at just the right time.  The original track is flipped in a big way, but stays consistent with the overall vibe of the EP.  Stunning.  Summertime. VIBES!!

Soul Deep Digital, Physics, Askel & Elere are proud to announce the release of the new Deeper Meaning EP.  The All-Star Finland crew teams up to create a memorable 3 track offering that shows off the strengths of all 3 outstanding artists.  Physics kicks things off with a solo offering entitled, “Deeper Meaning,” which features spacey pads, snappy drums, bouncy bassline, and echoing vocal efx that add additional depth to the tune.  The All-Star cast combines to the powerful Liquid roller, “By Chance.”  The song features steady rolling drums, a low rolling sub bassline, epic pads, and juicy efx that bring it all together.  Askel & Elere finish things off in impressive fashion with the stunning 
Roller of a tune entitled, “Made My.”  The standout tune features intense pads, dirty mid bass growl, and snapping drums that create the perfect backdrop for the immense atmospherics.  Overall, Physics, Askel & Elere do an amazing job of representing the D&B sound of Finland.  Deepness!
