Somehow… still a memory …”of something…used to be” 
Daddy saved this moment … me there on your lap …just a lad

Didn’t know, back then how much,… you’d mean, in my life 
That picture’s worn and torn, from all the times, I tried in vain, to return

We all have stacks of memories…family, friends, and such

Her hair a flowing rhyme,…her eyes they captured mine, and all of that
