March ANNOUNCMENT: Grey is the chosen name for our new project. We will have more news on that soon. For now, keep a look out for more to come!
February ANNOUNCEMENT: Satellite 9 has been rebranded as a different band, without the story involved in the music. This story will still be told, but through a different form. Right now, talks are happening to turn it into a graphic novel or novel, but collectively, we decided with heavy hearts that turning the story of the Nine into music was too much to handle from a creative standpoint. When you decide to write everything you do with a theme in mind and try to make everything fit a story, you box yourself in creatively sometimes. At the end of the day, music should just be music. It is for this reason that we have decided to change the name and the music as a whole. It will still be heavy, raw, powerful stuff. It just won't have Satellite 9 or the story within tagged to it. However, the music and page of Satellite 9 will not go away, as a legacy to the awesome work and growth we have had so far! We sincerely thank you all for your continued support, and for your belief in our ability to create and impact people's lives. People that have told me in person will never understand how much it means...In the mean time, be on the lookout for the band to resurface in some other form...Thanks again!
