This EP was written in September 2018 and recorded in March 2019. The songs were recorded live in the recital room at Sussex University. This recording was expanded in its sound world through the addition of many other instruments played by the members of the band, creating a contemporary big band sound. The EP was produced by James Longcake  and the artwork was by Frazz Read.

'Colossal Duck Factory also available on Spotify! QWAK. Is James Longcake, David Longcake and Tim Spencer in a project which aims to capture influences ranging from Charles Mingus, The Comet Is Coming, Too Many Zooz and Frank Zappa. Their first EP released 20/04/19 was four tracks written in September 2018 by brothers James and David while living together in Brighton. The record was produced by James Longcake and self released on SoundCloud and Bandcamp with the single 'Colossal Duck Factory' available on Spotify.
