XOR Gate is the brainchild of Heinrich Mueller, one half of Drexciya and Dopplereffekt.

In linguistic or electronic logic, the XOR Gate designates a device, digital or grammatical, which outputs a value only when two differing inputs are fed into it. This can be summed up with the formula "one or the other but not neither, nor both."

A conic section is a shape created as a plane intersects a cone. This can result in different figures such as a circle, an ellipse, a parabola or a hyperbola. Conic Sections is here composed of eight themes, or shapes, over which waveform and synthesis entirely merge with human emotions. The line is blurred. These eight themes are intertwined, forming one long musical string. The line is forever blurred.

Conic Sections was commissioned by ArtCenter South Florida in Miami, for the AN IMAGE exhibit.

As the label unveils its upcoming releases, it starts with the “Fake Reality EP “, a 5 tracker with Electro & Techno Funk, housing a collaboration with Human Rebellion & Power. 

Electro heads should already be very familiar with the unmistakable electro sonic sounds of Human Rebellion. 
Furthermore to this, a fusion with the stripped back electro sounds of Power means the senses are pushed to move in dark rooms with the fierce Techno cut of “I’m a Freak”.

With his first release since 2014, DVS NME has self-released a 15 track album featuring some of his most inspired music to date. 
This full-length effort pays homage to the traditional musical scales of Asian countries like Japan and China with a sonically varied collection of tracks that will leave the listener wanting more. The title of the album is a not-so-subtle nod to Electro pioneers Kraftwerk's 1977 'Trans Europe Express'.

DVS NME is the man behind the weekly radio show/daily blog DarkScienceElectro and has been a dedicated contributor for the Electro community for the last 10 years. He shares his love of Electro music by posting Electro-affiliated news, art, mixes, albums, memes, concerts, tracks, gear and more.
