Composed entirely on the OP-1 on a particularly crowded subway commute home!

Named in honour of Victor Wooten.

So named because it apparently "sounds like music that welcomes you to an aquarium". Enjoy :)

Aquarium

Composed entirely on the OP-1 on the bus home.

I was fortunate enough to be messing about with the built-in radio tuner and came across the following song, so I sampled it and used it in the track:

Let It Happen

Made entirely on the OP1 using a sample of a radio announcer saying "Sabe Bueno".

Other samples on this track include:

- The glissando near the beginning of the track (sampled from a jazz radio station).
- The "doo - doo" vocals, courtesy of the girlfriend (sampled using the OP1 internal microphone).

All tape stops and other tape effects were performed live and recorded straight to the OP1 Album. No post-processing whatsoever was performed on the track, aside from converting from aiff to MP3 in Audacity.

Sabe Bueno

12 Bar (ish) blues track made entirely with OP-Z presets in backing track.

I then fed this as a line-in to the OP-1. Hammond Organ sample and vocalizing done on OP-1.

OPZ Blues

A mid-tempo funky track inspired by Herbie Hancock

Main groove recorded on OP-1 and OP-Z, finished in Cubase with the lead line played on a Roli Seaboard block with the Thorn plugin.
