Hinson has been releasing records since 2004, with the release of "Micah P Hinson and The Gospel of Progress" through Sketchbook Records UK. This was followed by several LP's, EP's, and Singles through Full Time Hobby Records UK and Talitres France- titles include The Baby and The Satellite, The Opera Circuit, The Red Empire Orchestra, All Dressed Up and Smelling of Strangers (double cover album), The Pioneer Saboteurs, and The Nothing. He is in the midst of finishing a brand new LP- a Civil War Era Folk Opera.
