Notice Me (Prod. Space the Ace)

In this episode I continue reading from my book The Pleasure Trap. I note that a lady from our church stopped attending for awhile. When I asked her what happened she said "I started using that ole crack again." Yes, many Christians are on drugs, most don't use crack but are on anti-depressants some need them but some don't. What does scripture say about drug use? Although scripture doesn't mention drug use, it mentions what will happen to those who fail to use the talents and gifts God gave them because they bury them (not use them). They don't use their gifts or talents, but spend most of their time looking for their next high. Jesus noted that those who don't use the talents he gave them will be sent into outer darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth (Matthew 25:30).

I also note that the drug dealers will have to give an account for selling drugs to her and others. How many children went hungry because their parents used grocery money to buy drugs? How many children were beaten and molested because their parents were high on drugs? They should be very afraid to meet Christ on judgment day because of the things they've done.

Scripture says, "We must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad." (2 Corinthians 5:10) 

We will ALL have to give an account for the things we've done while we lived. Therefore we must repent of our sins before we leave this earth and meet Christ face to face on judgment day.
