One of many offerings in the canon of efforts by way of the prodigenous DJ Speedsick. Hours alone, obsessively sharpening an aesthetic breeds moments of vulnerability and pure power. Here we see the Wisconsin based artist link Jandek with thrift store home stereo equipment, beats from London being forced from county fair speakers like aurual sausage. Speedsick is documented at a prescient moment in his career, where the young maker stumbles into a new scenario. Somewhat familiarly he stares into the void, and the void stares back. How bright can a candle burn?
