Hello fellow humans! 

Welcome to the first episode of Meditation Monday. This podcast, youtube, blog series is an expression of dispersing, in my opinion, valuable information to become smarter, stronger, more empathetic human beings. We’ll be covering topics about consciousness, cutting edge scientific breakthroughs, spirituality (what it means to us as individuals), and how we can merge the concepts provided by the left (logical and rational) side of the brain, and the right (creative, artistic and spiritual) side of the brain of and merge them into a balanced, whole human being.

Meditation Monday #2 - SirDwight Quijano

Hello fellow humans! 
And welcome back to Meditation Monday

My first guest is the great and powerful SirDwight Tashibish Quijano and, occasionally… his lovely wife Kerry.

I had the best time making this for you guys because SirDwight and I have been talking about making a podcast for well over half a year. We’d say to each other CONSTANTLY about how some of our conversations would make for a great podcast and FINALLY we’re here.

Hello Fellow Humans!

Welcome back to Meditation Monday
Today on the show we have my lovely, beautiful girlfriend Zully Martinez. 

Because of that, it felt fitting to take a deeper look into relationships, not just with a partner but with your friends and family as well, and see exactly what makes them tick and what makes them collapse over time. We take a look at the foundational blocks of a great relationship, toxic people, one of the craziest ex boyfriend stories I’ve ever heard and the 5 languages of love. I really enjoyed this conversation and I’m sure you’ll find some useful information to improve your own relationships in your life. 

Of course as always, at the end of the show we have a 5 min meditation to let everything really sink in, to take a moment in your busy day, to just sit and be with yourself and relax and release tension you may be holding on to.

Tyler's been on the rigorous path of becoming a yogi in this life, a commercial helicopter pilot, bringer of clean, purified water to the people and many other amazing things. 

We really got into the deep deep aspects of what this podcast is all about. Meditation, collective consciousness, how to adapt and grow in this insanity called life, a little bit of conspiracy in there as well, honestly this was such a fun conversation that I know you'll enjoy.

Meditation Monday #5 - Tyler Papa

Hello Fellow Humans! Welcome back to Meditation Monday. 

My guest today is the lead guitarist in our band @ForgottenLegion, my partner in musical crime, the ying to my attempted yang Mr. Sergio Angel Javier. Sergio and I go back to the very beginning of my musical career, we’ve been through a lot of insanity trying to piece our lives together while writing beautifully brutal music for almost 5 years. On this episode I wanted to introduce to you guys the dark aspects of spirituality, as that is deﬁnitely Sergio’s strong suit. A former Satanist, he’s gone headﬁrst into the occult, dark arts that we tend to avoid in the mainstream. I personally believe that it’s a fundamental part of the spiritually enlightening path to come to terms with the darkness we are all very capable of embracing given the right circumstances and environment. With that in mind we went deep into Satanism, the occult, and challenging the ideas of social norms and really question how we’ve come to terms with accepting this reality for what it isn’t.

Hello fellow humans and welcome back to Meditation Monday! 

Today on the show we have a very good friend of mine, Alan Andrade. I’ve known Alan since we were in the second grade, not many people in my life that I can say that about honestly. He’s a very cool dude that’s been in the skating community for well over a decade now. He’s a really inspired, creative human being that has a very unique, positive outlook on life. 

It made for a great episode that got us into what the American Dream really means for those of us that have come to this country seeking a better life, being part of a large community of open minded people that all strive to have a good time, and even the very nature of time. How can we make the most of it? And how the choices we make mold our perception of the reality we create.

Meditation Monday #12 - Alan Andrade

Hello fellow humans! 

Welcome back to Meditation Monday. Today's show is a little different in that it's the first solo podcast since the intro. I wanted to just let things out that I needed to get out about my previous week. Mainly talking about the stresses of my week, how I'm trying to handle overcoming a very scary situation that I put myself into, and really just taking a step back on life and reflecting. 

My hope is that there's a bit of useful information in there. Perhaps, you can also resonate with the struggles that life throws at us when we least expect them. Hopefully this can spark a series of thoughts and ideas in your own brain that'll let you come to some sort of helpful resolution about how you react to stress and conflict.
