This is a draft version of a song I wrote about a special someone a while back. From a time when I was much happier, and I believe that is heavily reflected in the song. A lot of my songs typically are a lot more sad, because thats when I tend to find inspiration to write, but this one sticks out. I hope you enjoy.

Butterfly (Draft)

Dane Unwin, 16 years of age, was born and raised in Victor Harbour, South Australia. Started playing the drums at age 2 and went on to pick up many more instruments when high school came around. Dane discovered his passion for music in 2018, he began learning the basics of music production, sound design, instrumentation and everything in between. He is currently also the lead singer for the Victor Harbour High School heavy metal and metalcore inspired band, Mortality. Dane aims to travel the world and make people smile with the hopes that his music will speak to people and open their minds to new perspectives on problems they may come across throughout life. He will begin this goal by releasing his debut EP "i aM" early 2021
