Stripped of its branches and reduced to the bare trunk, Evigt Mörker 6 stands at the threshold where fire becomes voice and light devours the sky. Across six tracks, the music moves through hushed revelation, listening for a call that cannot be refused. Salvation and damnation burn side by side on the horizon, as everything else is consumed by flame.

For those who spotted Elvis on the album cover, there's a reason for it. Elvis Presely was a huge Sex Pistols fan. After his death, it was revealed that Elvis not only had the entire Sex Pistols' albums and UK/USA single releases, but he also had in his private collection, custom made replicas of every bass guitar ever played onstage by Sid Vicious. Go ahead and fact check all you want, just don't step on my blue suede shoes.

The Doom Merchants (in collaboration with Prof Sound-Love)

Original pieces created using a mixture of four polyphonic CraftSynth version 1 hardware synth engines from Modal Electronics; a CraftSynth version 2 wave-table hardware synth, also from Modal Electronics,  Garage Band's software synth, PLUS the Codex software synth and the Element Software synth from Waves Audio. And the latest addition, a Korg Volca FM digital synthesiser.

New additions include a Korg Volca Keys synth and the tiny but amazing Korg NTS-1.

And at last, I've got my hands on a Modal Skulpt!

I try to mix and match these synths together in the pieces that I create, producing some quite unique sounds from my home-made synth array.
