This is one of my favourite songs of all time. I fell in love with the Sting original in the 90s, and then all over again when I heard Eva Cassidy's gorgeous cover. This slowed down, acoustic cover owes a lot to Eva's version -- it was so exactly how I've always wanted to sing it! Thank you serenaebasta for the instrumental track :)

I fell in love with this song when I first heard it almost 20 years ago on a Disney Children's Songs cassette. Written and sung by Larry Groce, it's one of the sweetest lullabies I've ever heard. So naturally, when my daughter was born, it became one of the songs I sang to her every night... and she loved it too :)This is a home recording done for a dear friend's baby shower that I thought I'd share.
