this is about 3 diff females, worlds away from each other in place(s) and time(s) .....particularly the diff between a modern "player" and the women that came and showed character, integrity and authenticity, during the second world war, Oma was considerably older than i, most gracious person, a deep affection for her, wonderful husband who loved her, it was wonderful to be in same space when they were near each other, her time suffering the nazi regime, she had a strong (Austrian) accent and i couldnt understand a word, but as i listened, she took me thru the book she had written, had me, you know, when you get that "goin to cry" quiver, yeah, like that ...miss you Oma.

Cover of a Kyuss song Phototropic- old school 4 track style recording, recorded in the back of my shop. Band- Gravel, Damo Farquhar bass-left channel, gat jas feary-right channel- Paul King vocals & drums centre. recorded live, no overdubs. Yep - I speed up & go a bit kermit the frog, but its a cool recording using 4 mikes - 95% of the drum sound is actually comming from the leakage into the vocal mike- hence if I turn down the vocal to get  better overall mix I lose the drums!
Being a fan of Kyuss for years I wanted to do a couple of there songs so heres one- I'll put another up shortly
