Having travelled many miles pillaging the best auditory treasures from raves past and present, the mysterious act known as Pirate Jams finally drop anchor here at Klub Kids. And wow, did they find some gold! Featuring the vocal talents of Loleatta Holloway via her classic 80’s disco jam ‘Love Sensation’, Pirate Jams debut on Klub Kids with ‘Sweets from Heaven’, a stellar house and breaks hybrid that is 110% guaranteed to fill your dancefloors. And what a remix pack! First up comes man of the moment Jolyon Petch with an amazing piano driven deep house rework (anthem alert!), as well as a deeper late night recut that’s headed straight for the deeper late night floors. Love is Gone is a true work of art by Slander. Such a different layout in a track with so much emotion. The build up in the original is so uplifting and so aggressive, that I had to make a little more aggressive drop than the original. So much fun making this track.
