Paco Osuna's record label, Mindshake presents a percussive tech house release by Oravla Ziur, which has jackin rhythms and feel-good energy.

This is Oravla Ziur's second release on Mindshake, and it features three of the Spaniards original tracks. He is an exciting producer with an accomplished back catalogue, and regularly plays DJ sets at some of Spain's best underground events.

Oravla Ziur's skills behind the decks have given him an innate ability to mesmerise a dance floor, and he translates this into the music he produces. Paco Osuna regularly supports Oravla Ziur's music in his DJ sets, and all the tracks on this release are tried and tested crowd-pleasers.

"Slap" opens the release with its shuffling rhythms, hip hop-inspired vocals, and throbbing bassline.

Since its launch in 2024, Ilario Alicante’s Sound D’Elite has fast earned recognition as a hub for both established and rising voices in the underground scene. As part of Sound D’Elite’s mission to celebrate global dance music culture, the label now unveils its first Various Artists compilation, ‘Elite Gathering Vol.1 (Sonar 2025 Edition)’ — the inaugural chapter of a brand-new VA series, timed to coincide with Sonar 2025 festival.
Bringing together a selection of trusted contributors and fresh arrivals, the ten-track compilation captures the essence of Sound D’Elite’s forward-thinking approach, with London’s Antss kicks things oﬀ with ‘Can’t Right Now’, delivering a relentless groove packed with energy and bounce. Spanish duo The BeatBoy’s take a darker turn on ‘Closer’, blending moody atmospheres and rolling percussion. Italy’s White Oﬀ brings a rumbling low-end pressure on ‘All Ma Ladies’,
primed for late-night floors.
Making his debut appearance on Sound D’Elite, Justin Rabin experiments with glitchy textures and playful vocal chops in ‘Handle This’, while returning favourites BizZa, GruuvElement’s, and Artslaves, deliver their trademark punch and precision. Vanny Granata, and Piero Acinapura, bring their own distinct flavours, ranging from crisp, techy rhythms to stripped-back funk. Joshwa makes a much-anticipated return to Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations this July with his irresistible two-tracker ‘Lost In Music’. Following the runaway success of 2023’s ‘Bass Go Boom’, which quickly became one of the year’s most played tracks, championed heavily by the likes of John Summit, Gorgon City, Fisher, MK, and BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard, the two-tracker delivers two contrasting moods, serving up fresh heat from sunset to sunrise.

Leading the release, title track ‘Lost In Music’ reimagines a timeless disco classic through a contemporary house lens, delivering textured percussion, sparkling funk-laced synths, and an infectious groove that captures the euphoria of summer dancefloors. On the flip side, ‘High’ shifts to a moodier, club-focused sound, featuring deep bass rumbles and Joshwa’s trademark powerful, tension-filled breakdowns, propelled by a driving bassline built to move crowds.

Since breaking through in 2022 with major collaborations alongside Lee Foss, CID, and Martin Ikin, the UK DJ and producer has remained a dominant force on the global tech house circuit. Currently in the midst of a busy summer schedule, with performances lined up at the likes of Paradise and elrow, and backed by ongoing Beatport chart success, he adds to his recent Black Book Records heater ‘GDH’ with an impressive high-energy return to Hot Creations for his second outing.
