Zac’s entitled this meditation ‘Light is Life’ as light propels our imagination, our transitions and the very direction we wish to go in – even if we have no idea what that may look like within a 3D reality. 
Relaxing and active all at once he takes us on a journey via our imagination, far beyond into the cosmos that lays both within and outside of ourselves. Light as we know is the fundamental nature of everything.

'It is an uplifting journey of exploration which may be fun, profound, solution solving, idea making, depending on what mood we are in when we enter.
