So, we're here - an idea held for seven long years is finally realised. 

James and Brad, wielding a subscription to Marvel Unlimited, will start their journey to the decades long saga of the Amazing Spider-Man, starting off with his first appearance - in the 15th issue of the Amazing Fantasy anthology comic book. From this, Spider-Man became a smash hit, unlocking his potential in his own series, the Amazing Spider-Man, which would go on for YEARS.

So, we start exactly where he starts - in his bed in New York. What happens next? Well, we are sure you know, but you're not here for the origin, again - you're here for the journey, so join us as we take our first steps into this incredible saga, and like Spider-Man's web, we hope you stick to us!

Episode 1: Amazing Fantasy #15

After combing through Amazing Fantasy #15, Brad & James take a big look at the very first issue of The Amazing Spider-Man. Issue number one, of course.

This issue is a blast, with a hell of a lot going on in a 2-part deal, so here's a bit of a bumper episode containing the two parts of the first big Spider-Man story as we meet the Fantastic Four, J. Jonah Jameson and the Chameleon.

In this episode, James and Brad delve from the heights as the vicious Vulture makes his debut.

Yep - a bald old man in a suit is Spider-Man's first serious foe. However, we might all laugh, but this is a serious turning point for old Spidey, and we were kind of shocked to see everything go down in the manner it did!

Can Spider-Man get out of a bathtub? Will he ever get a job? How did he get one over on the Vulture? Find out within!
