🎃 Halloween Song Collection: Mythic Horror and Spectral Balladry
This body of work blends poetic storytelling, spectral imagery, and ritualistic musical theory to evoke the eerie, the ancestral, and the emotionally resonant. Each song is a tribute—whether to mythic horror legends like Brian Lumley and John Carpenter, or to scientific and emotional memory refracted through a Halloween lens.
• 	Musical Style: Modal progressions, diminished chords, and variable timing create a haunting, ritualistic atmosphere. Retro-futuristic instrumentation and layered harmonies echo the soundtracks of classic horror and sci-fi cinema.
• 	Lyrical Themes: Ghostly homonyms, spectral refrains, and poetic adaptations in English, French, and Korean explore themes of legacy, loss, transformation, and playful dread.
• 	Visual and Emotional Arc: Each piece is paired with evocative captions and visual concepts—ranging from amateur horror sketch aesthetics to archival presentation—designed to honor emotional memory and mythic storytelling.
• 	Creative Techniques: Songs often incorporate multilingual refrains, scientific metaphor, and horror homage, with careful attention to rhyme, rhythm, and emotional fidelity across languages.
• 	Ethical Stewardship: Every work is crafted with responsible authorship in mind, including copyright documentation, attribution templates, and ethical presentation of AI-assisted creativity.

عجم به همراه مهدى بوستانى و طناز زند 

Ajam (feat. Mehdi Boostani and Tannaz Zand) - Dare Vāz Kon (Open the Door)

This song was recorded as part of a side project back in early 2015 with guest vocals from two of Ajam’s good friends, Mehdi Boostani and Tannaz Zand. The music, and Ajam’s new arrangement, is based around a regional folk song, sung in the ‘Bakhtiari’ dialect, from the foothills of the Zagros Mountains in the west of Iran. Dare Vāz Kon is a story of unrequited love and is based on a dialogue between a young man and woman who are standing either side of a closed door on a cold rainy night.  


"درِ واز كُن" برداشت و تنظيمِ عجم از يك ترانهء محلىِ بختياريه كه ايده ى اجراىِ اين ترانه از تماشاى يك ويديوى خانگى شكل گرفت. در ویدیو مذکور "عليداد لجميرى"، ترانه رو بدون همراهى موسيقى اجرا كرده و اين نغمه هاى لطيف به دلمون نشست. پس از این، از اجرای همین ترانه به توسط خواننده محبوب استان فارس صمد عقاب هم آگاه شدیم و بعد از مدتى، امين عجمى روى ملودىِ اين ترانه تنظيمِ گيتار انجام داد و با اضافه كردن چندتا ملودىِ شبهِ بومى، ترانه رو بسط و گسترش داد. اين ملوديها و جمله بندی های ریتمیک عموماً براساس موسيقى مناسبتی ايل بختيارى و مقسیقی بومی كوهپايه زاگرس و غرب فلات ایران ساخته شده‌اند. دراين تركيب تازه به ريزفواصلِ موجود در موسيقى کوهپایه زاگرس توجه شده و در پرده بندى "سه تار" و نوازندگی بربط و نی هم رعايت شده. 

دوستِ قديمىِ عجم، زرتشت شاكرى، زحمتِ ترجمهء شعر رو برامون كشيد و متوجهِ داستانِ عاشقانهء اين ترانه شديم. ترانه "درِ واز كن" مكالمهء عاشقانه بينِ زن و مردى ست از عشقى نافرجام. براى همين هم تصميم گرفتيم كه اجراى اين ترانه رو  به صورت دو صدايى انجام بديم و از "مهدى بوستانى" و "طناز زند" براى خوندن اين ترانه كمك گرفتيم. مهدى بوستانى كه از رفقاى قديمى زرتشت صفرى و عجم بوده و هست و در چندين اجراى و آهنگ مهمانِ عجم بوده. در آلبوم بعدىِ عجم،  در دوتا از قطعات، با حال و هواىِ موسيقىِ چهارمحالى خونده. خوندنِ بخشِ ديگهء اين مكالمه رو به طناز سپرديم كه ايشون هم از رفقاى خانوادگىِ عجمه. با وجودى كه طناز بزرگ شدهء لندنه و معولاً به زبان انگليسى ميخونه، با اصالتِ لرى ش (از طرف پدری لر کوچک و از طرف مادری بختیاری) به خوبى آشناست و الحانِ لرى و بختيارى رو به خوبى ادا ميكنه. 

تشكر ويژه از غلام زند لَشٓنى بابت كمكى كه در انتخاب ابيات و تلفظها به ما كردند. همينطور ممنونيم از نادر شيرانىِ عزيز كه در ترجمه و تصحيح شعر به ما مشورت و راهنمايي دادن.
 
اميد كه قومِ فرهيخته و بزرگِ بختيارى و بقيه شنوندگان از اين تنظیم و اجرای تازه راضى باشن
