n this live jam I used the content of five Moog Matriarch synthesizers as I am starting to see more and more the benefits of sampling in my music production | DIGITAKT II

Live jam where I experiment with my Elektron Digitakt II, Moog Labyrinth, Moog Matriarch, Roland TB-03 and Meris Hedra 3-Voice Rhythmic Pitch Shifter to create dub stabs. The Labyrinth and TB-03 are used as triggers for the modulation of the Matriarch. By doing this the rhythms are somehow harmonized with each other. The Boss RE-202 Space Echo pedal is used as a send-return in different settings for all the channels on the Model 1.4 mixer to create dub delays.

I revisited this track on my YouTube channel, made with the Roland MC-707 in 2020. This was my first physical Groovbox and this device got me hooked on producing music. Since then it kind of got out of hand. The MC-707 is no longer part of my setup, but I will never forget this specific electronic musical instrument.

I think this Trance song shows the potential of the Roland MC-707. Most of the used sounds I created myself with the Roland Boutique SE-02, TB-03, SH-01A and sampled these in the MC-707 en combined them in the 4 oscillators with internal sounds and effects.
