총 두곡으로 구성되어 있는 Vampire Hotel(뱀파이어호텔)의 1st. Single album [Battery off]는 강렬하고 파괴적인 사운드로 그들의 세계관을 조금이나마 옅보게해주는 첫번째 디지털 싱글앨범이다.

첫번째 트랙 [letter from the night]는 뒤이어 나오는 [Battery off]의 프리뷰로 볼 수 있다. 뒤이어 나올 본격적인 이야기를 시작하기전, 눈 앞에 그려지는 듯한 사운드들이 펼쳐지며, 이를 통해 주는 긴장감과 실제 세계관 안에 들어와있는듯한 착각이 몰입과 기대를 불러 일으키게 된다.

두번째트랙 [Battery off]는 "편히 쉴수 없는 상태"라는 주제를 이야기 하고 있다. 사람의 에너지를 배터리라고 보았을때 배터리오프는 잠들거나 에너지가 끊기는 순간이라고 해석할 수 있을 것이다. 뱀파이어 호텔은 이를 강렬한 세션과 날카로운 감정선을 통해 표현하였다.
 
이 앨범은 긴 시간 끝에 세상에 나오게 된 뱀파이어 호텔의 첫 단추로, 앞으로의 행보를 기대하게 한다.
