This song was written by Linda Pieters & myself. I wrote the music and Linda wrote the lyrics. It's a beautiful song that she wrote for her daughter, it took me a week to write the music for it, she has posted a rendition of it on her SoundCloud channel under Melinda Hannsen, check it out, she's a great Country singer!  I remixed it and enhanced the music a bit with my instrumental track. The video took me about a couple of weeks to produce and edit together and I think it enhances the song really well. This track reflects a walk from the city into the nature, hearing the sounds of rain, ocean, and forests, over chill funk and soul grooves. 
This was construct for the students in my Music Production Techniques class that I teach. The assignment was to create a song using Session View in Ableton Live.
