She tries to conflate sex characteristics, such as breast size and genital size, with 'gender spectrum', as if women with small breasts are less female. DUH! What an idiot! It would be funny if the consequences were not so serious for kids in particular. If one more person talks about 'Barbie' as some sort of marker I will puke!
