I wanted to create a song in which I could express the dichotomy between wearing a seductive mask of bold confidence when courting a prospective new partner and the way in which I feel behind the mask, which is biased by my inner dialogue of unworthiness and fear of vulnerability. Regarding arrangement, this song was an exercise in minimalism. I would like to create a video that is medieval themed and centered around a dinner scene in candle light and stoic conversation with 'the other'.
