Jeden Monat ein Set, jeden Monat ein bestimmtes Feeling.

Die Tektonische Strahlenverschiebung huldigt der Sonne, unser aller liebsten Stern. Es ist ein Set zum Beten, zum Aufheizen, zum Klamotten ausziehen und zum lange wach bleiben - um dann erneut dem Wunder des unermüdlichen Aufstiegs der Sonne beizuwohnen. Wir holen uns die Strahlen und payen dues mit unserem eigenen Strahlen und am Ende weiß niemand mehr so genau, wer eigentlich mit der ganzen Sache angefangen hat. 
Außergewöhnlich lange ist das Set, denn ihr musstet außergewöhnlich lange darauf warten. Die DTP bittet feelmals um Verzeihung und Nachsicht. Auf dass es nun doppelt scheppert.

EP Info: 
A nomad is a person with no settled home, moving from place to place as a way of obtaining food, finding pasture for livestock, or otherwise making a living. The word "nomad" comes ultimately from the classical Greek word νομάς (nomás, "roaming, wandering, especially to find pasture"), from Ancient Greek νομός (nomós, "pasture"). Nomads keep moving, a nomad spirit represents endless travel throughout the cosmos.

The Mexican-born DJ Risa — who has been living in Canada for the last 12 years — is a multi-audiophile-passionate married father of two kids. Currently residing in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Risa is undoubtedly a hyperactive soul co-founder of three different projects: 'Onderground', "Bemba' and 'Digital Station'. Influenced by the sounds of International and urban tones as well as the underground scene of Mexico City in the 90's, Risa began his DJ carrer in 2005 on ancient sacred Mayan grounds. He landed in British Columbia in 2008 and right away started involving himself in the Sound System culture. Since 2010, has been a regular on the Canadian East Coast festival circuit, having performed notably at Eclipse Festival, Space Gathering, Open Mind, Timeless.

Certainly, when he expresses himself musically, the genre is an almost unimportant factor since this DJ fearlessly explores 'n' sides of music. In this 182th edition, with a certain nostalgic tone, Risa combines the elegant spiritualized swing of multicultural tracks that have already brought many chills to listeners. This is a well-paced, melodic, spirit-lifting mixtape recorded in his studio L'atelier and totally highlighted by marvelous vibes.

 Du verfügst ja über einen goldenen Schatz an schöner Musik. Welche Künstler begleiten dich schon länger und welche musikalischen Einflüsse / Richtungen haben dich besonders geprägt?
 
Meine alte goldene Musikschatztruhe ist von innen ziemlich bunt. Wenn man sie öffnet, tummelt sich darin ein Potpourri aus so vielen Richtungen. Was aber schon immer in ihr liegt, ist die eher entspannte Rhythmik mit viel Melodie. Aufgewachsen bin ich mit überwiegend Klassischer Musik und den alten Platten und Kassetten meiner Familie. Als ich 13 war hat mir meine Cousine das Moon Safari Album von Air gezeigt, von dem ich total fasziniert war – und es eigentlich immer noch bin! Daraufhin habe ich dann angefangen über das Radio hinaus zu hören und es hat sich eine Vorliebe für Chillout und Lounge à la Café del Mar breit gemacht… das hat mich wahrscheinlich am meisten geprägt, denn die Stimmung schlingert auch heute noch immer mit.
 
 Du bist nicht nur musikalisch sondern auch reisetechnisch eine Weltenbummlerin. Gibt es einen Ort, an den du besonders dein Herz verloren hast?
 
Es gibt durchaus so einige Städte, Dörfer, Dschungel, Strände, Berge und Meere auf dieser Welt, die mein Reise-Herz höher schlagen lassen. Aber so sehr ich es auch liebe neue Orte zu erkunden, tief verwurzelt ist mein Herz tatsächlich doch in meiner Heimat an der Ostsee. Das grüne Flachland, der sommerliche Duft von Kornfeldern, die Prise Salz in der Luft und der weite Blick übers Meer lösen in mir so ein romantisches Gefühl aus. Dorthin habe ich mein Herz verloren und kann es zum Glück immer wieder finden.
 
 Magst du uns noch ein bisschen was über diesen Podcast erzählen?
 
Beim Zusammenpuzzeln des Podcasts hab ich über das Phänomen „Afterhour“ sinniert. After-Parties sind ja meist eher eine Verlängerung der eigentlichen Party und zielen musikalisch oft gar nicht unbedingt auf Abspannen ab. Ich verbinde mit „Afterhour“ aber irgendwie trotzdem eher geschmeidiges Runterfahren, das ist ja sowieso meine Standardstimmung ;)… Darum habe ich ein paar verträumte Tracks zusammen gesammelt, zu denen man wahlweise ein bisschen die Hüften kreisen oder auch genüsslich in die Couch versunken Kopf und Zehen mitwackeln lassen kann. Sozusagen meine Interpretation des Sich-Hängen-Lassens. Also bitte einmal zertanzte Füße hochlegen und auf Faultier-Modus umschalten ;)
