Ich atme schwer und muss meine Gedanken sammeln. Was war das für ein fürchterlicher Traum gewesen. Warum hatten die Menschen keine Gesichter und warum kam das DJ-Pult aus dem Riss in der Erde. Es wirkte so als würde es aus der Hölle emporsteigen. Ein kalter Schauer fährt mir über den Rücken. Was hatte das alles zu bedeuten?
Ich versuche die Gedanken abzuschütteln und wieder Klarheit zu erlangen. Es gab immer noch eine ungelesene Nachricht auf meinem Handy. Wie versprochen sendet mir ComRA weitere Informationen zum nächsten großen Rave und meiner Rolle in ihm. Bei dem Rave in der alten Kathedrale wird der Raverend wieder in Erscheinung treten. Ich soll bei der Einlasskontrolle helfen und mich später als Botschafter der Musik unter das tanzende Volk mischen, um die frohe Kunde verbreiten. 
Mein Herz pocht und ich spüre wie pure Erregung durch meine Adern schießt. Teil einer so prägenden Veranstaltungsreihe zu sein, bringt meinen Verstand zum rasen. Ich bekomme die Chance einen Blick hinter die Kulissen zu werfen. Vielleicht kann ich sogar den Raverend Backstage treffen. Das lebende Mysterium einmal hautnah zu sehen, wäre bestimmt überwältigend. Ich kenne niemanden, der ihn jemals von Nahen oder außerhalb der DJ-Kanzel gesehen hat. Bis auf den Ort seines nächsten Auftritts gibt es auch keine weiteren Informationen über ihm. Alle Interviews mit der Lichtgestalt der Szene sind immer höchst professionell und drehen sich um musikalische Themen. Selbst Bilder in einschlägigen Magazinen zeigen ihm immer hoch oben am DJ-Pult stehen. Es scheint fast so, als würde er nur durch seine Musik zu uns sprechen. Ich bin gespannt was an diesem magischen Abend passieren wird.

Oliver Wickham is a producer and vocalist whose sound is rooted in deep house and Melodic Techno. Since childhood, Oliver studied the piano classically and in 2012 he began making electronic music. Over the past decade,Oliver has been releasing music through various
boutique outlets such as Suah records, founded by Mia Mendi, and Re; Sound Music, founded by Michael Hooker. In October 2020 Oliver sang and co-produced the single "Dear Ben" with Dj & Producer Simon Doty that was released on Anjunadeep Records.

Fortsetzung deep story 151

Ich drehe das alte Radio auf volle Lautstärke und mein Fuß fängt an zu wippen. Schlagartig setzt das altbekannte Gefühl ein. Glückshormone durchströmen meinen Körper und mir kribbelt es im Bauch. Meine Gliedmaßen brechen aus ihren stumpfen gehirngesteuerten Schattendasein aus und erlangen Stück für Stück ihre Autonomie zurück. Aus dem Wippen des Fußes werden erste zaghafte Tanzschritte und mein schamgeleiteter Widerstand schwindet. Wenige Sekunden später sind meine Bewegungen bereits fließend und folgen einer erdachten Choreografie.
Mein spontaner Stimmungsausbruch gepaart mit der lauten Musik erregen schnell Aufmerksamkeit. Erste Menschen bleiben stehen und schauen interessiert zu. Bald darauf habe ich erste Mitstreiter auf der großen Wiese, welche uns als Tanzfläche dient. Die Musik zieht immer mehr Passanten des Parks an und nach und nach füllt sich die Wiese. In mir wächst das Gefühl, dass ich all diese Menschen mit meiner Freude angezogen habe und sie diese nun teilen. Eine unglaubliche Euphorie verbreitet sich in meinem Körper und der Geist des Aktionismus wächst in mir. Ich will diese Stimmung ausnutzen, um meiner Rolle als Botschafter der Musik gerecht zu werden. Flink wie eine Katze erklimme ich den nächstgelegenen Baum und bewege mich dort rhythmisch zur Musik weiter. Dort bleibe ich bis die Musik aus dem Radio verstummt und die Menge ein wenig ratlos zurück lässt. Ich ergreife das Wort und erkläre, dass man den Schöpfer dieser musikalischen Feinkost bald in der Nähe live erleben kann. Gemurmel macht sich unter den Leuten breit. Einige fangen an zu applaudieren. Nachdem ich Ort und Datum des nächsten ComRa Events mitgeteilt habe, erfahre ich viel Zustimmung. Viele der heutigen Tänzer wollen vorbeikommen und mit mir dort weiterfeiern.

Synästhesie is the German translation for synesthesia, a disorder that assigns a different perception to a sensory stimulation.
This is the concept behind the music project created by Emiliano Di Clemente and Simone Mancin: two minds that perceive different sensations and merge to create a unique vision. 
In 2014 in Torino (IT), they have their first encounter and begin to collaborate, thanks to the shared love for various music genres such as progressive house, new wave, electronica and techno. In the following years it was the turn of the first releases, with the EP Tunnel on Inlab Recordings, and the tracks on Inner Symphony (Steyoyoke), the single Lotus (later remixed by Clawz SG) and the remix of The miracle of a million lights by Rauschhaus. 
After receiving support by Tale Of Us, Øostil, SOEL and other artists, they started 2020 by releasing Bless, a club-oriented two-tracks EP on Awen Records, and Terraformazione, an intimate and ethereal piece of prog-techno on Running Clouds. 
In April, Synästhesie made a comeback on Steyoyoke with Shapeless, groovy featuring with Vis:on. 
Their sets stand out for the use of melody and the great variety of sound and genres that characterizes the whole project.
