Great 80's song, still popular around the world.  Piano sounds decent with this one, I didn't use the 80's electric piano/chimes sound, I thought it sounded better with a deep piano tone and reverb.

Phil Collins epic In The Air Tonight- decent job on the piano, and slight swell pad.  Everyone loves this song & it has different meanings for different people. It's been used in all types of movies and media.  Enjoy and listen to me play!

Cool mix of Chopin & incorporating it into a pop tune.  Barry Manilow is a good singer/songwriter, this is one of my fav's from him.  Chopin is a fav too, love the pretty melancholy minor chords.  Donna Summer does an awesome cover as well.  Check her out and crank the volume.

Wonderwall, cool song from Oasis.  Most pop songs don't sound great just played on a piano, but I could do some interesting things with this one, turned out well!  All of my music is interesting, take a listen, I have a lot on all platforms.  Enjoy!

Beautiful piano version of Sting's Shape of My Heart,  Great song for a piano cover.  The song was used in 2 movies, Le'on, and Three of Hearts.  The song became a pop classic and is a highlight of Sting's work.  The song has some classical roots, like Chopin and Bach-like.  Although the song was written about a gambler (card player), it's a romantic sounding piece.   Enjoy... and check out my other music!

Great late 80's classic song by Tracy Chapman, recently revived by Luke Combs on the pop/country charts.  Repetitive song, lyric driven, but was able to make it interesting, with just piano.  Was one of the early songs to get critical acclaim for a female songwriter and performer.

Nice piano version of Creep.  Radiohead typically doesn't write a lot of songs like this, but it's pretty and has brought curious listeners to hear more of their music.  Simple tune, but easy on the ear &  I think relatable to most people.  At one time or another, we have probably all felt inferior to others that we want to be close to.

Decent piano version of Miley Cyrus pop song, Flowers.  Not all pop songs sound good with just piano, but this came out nice.

Don't Start Now by Dua Lipa was a cool hit and put her on the map, I love her music, not all sounds good played as a piano solo.  This song has a pop-disco beat, really cool and was fun to play.

Theme music from Local Hero-1983, was a BAFTA best score nominee in 1984.  Mark Knopfler is a phenomenal guitarist and songwriter, with a unique voice to compliment his musical gifts.  I like Dire Straits music and was hoping this piano version of Local Hero/Going Home would be worthy of posting.

A great classic pop/rock song by Atlanta Rhythm Section, I loved this band and liked the bluesy vibe of their music.  Buddy Buie had such a smooth voice.

One of the great songs by Abba, song about a breakup.  Nice piece and sounds good as a piano solo.  1980's classic, Abba had a lot of hits that I enjoyed.

Always liked this song, it's old, but a good classic from America.  They had a nice sound and had several hits that I still enjoy.

Cool mid-80's Tears For Fears tune, still popular with all generations.  It's a song that is recognized immediately when played.   Unusual ending with a drawn out lyric...Time Flies.

Dust in the Wind, great tune from Kansas-1977, (one of the first live concerts I went to was to see Kansas).  Guitar picking & melody is really nice and the lyrics were inspired by Psalms (Ecclesiasties). Sounds best with guitar, but decent on piano.
It's said that the song is a larger look at existence, and we as individuals are really insignificant in the grand scheme of things... or you can make your own interpretation.

Beautiful slow, powerful song.  Many artists have done this one, but Bonnie Raitt sang it on her 1991 Luck of the Draw album.  Love hearing this song perfomed and I enjoyed playing it. Gorgeous melody, & Bruce Hornsby played piano on the  Bonnie Raitt recording & video.

Cool song from mid-70's. (1975),I'm Not in Love, by 10cc.  Pretty melody and they did an innovative backing track, they used their voices to create most of the sound.
