Today, Pastor Chris presents us with three keys for carrying out God's vision. The first key is for us to have Confidence in God's ability. The second key is for us to have Clarity on God's purposes. It is always in God's purposes for us to move forward with the freedom to be who God has made each of us to be. While God's specific plans vary across centuries, geographies, and communities, God's purposes of freedom and moving forward for the Glory of God remain the same. Lastly, we need Conviction about what to do next. This key takes us to the "nuts and bolts" of activities we put on our calendars, steps we set out to follow, and  decisions we make to invest our time and resources in what God is leading us to do.

We will do good works, motivated not to gain attention or to earn respect, but because we have been so loved by God that love flows from us to others. We will share the Good News by following Jesus' instruction in Matthew 5:16: "Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven."
