Snowman, which appears in the Earthbound and Mother series, is one of my very favorite songs, and the three-beat rhythm has always stuck with me, so when I thought of something to cover on FM, this was the first song that came to mind ⛄

I started these as an exercise in simplicity. feeling more and more like I needed to make my music complex and verbose, this was a deliberate attempt towards the opposite in order to prove to myself that all music of any shape, size, and complexity can still be enjoyable!

A pumpkin, vines, and twigs became entwined with the old bones, letting them move just as the girls dreaded. It was so the apparition made a vessel for itself. It began taking swipes at them. After it grabbed Casey's shirt collar and lifted her with ease, the two fought with all they had. The book punched finger bones asunder with the ease of a broadsword, and so they ran. Under the boughs, the grass was dark, speckled with what sunlight could get through. It had gotten so dark. But Rachel trusted her gut, and it led them back to their street. The amaranth sky now cast deep, dark shadows on everything. Jonathan was still working on the decorations. But at least they were safe... right?

Moderate Action cue for my class. The older brother tells them the gravity of what they've done, that the spirit won't be contained to the site around the unmarked grave. They must fortify the house by preparing traps.
Over the course of the montage, the sky gets darker, and near the end of the cue, we see woody limbs effortlessly carve through the tripwires set up near the beginning.
