This song was written and recorded during the past few weeks, and without a plan — just following a feeling I couldn’t quite ignore.
It’s set at Christmas, but it isn’t really about Christmas. It’s about memory, love, loss, and the people who stay with us when things feel heavy.
This isn’t a polished or commercial Christmas song. It wasn’t meant to be.
It just needed to exist in the moment it was written.
