This originally was recorded live at Free Motion Ecstatic Dance in Boulder on February 6th, 2017. I've since added and edited layers to make it be a nice morning meditation for you all to enjoy :)  
It's in the key of C so it corresponds with the root chakra, and features live nature recordings I captured in Mexico, and Israel. Also you will hear clips of the Muslim call for prayer and Jewish Davening (praying) as a statement of peace and unification. We are human beings experiencing life second by second. No reason to draw lines between one another when we can all be celebrated as individuals and a collective. On November 3rd Desert Trax presents Ayahuasca Remixed from Brazilian-born artist Poranguí Carvalho McGrew, translated and remixed through the lenses of visionary producers like Shamans Dream,AtYyA, Drumspyder, Kaminanda,Liquid Bloom, Numatik, Yaima, and many others. These 11 tracks were born from a prayer to bridge worlds from the consciousness of the master plant medicine onto the dance floor. It came to life through the meeting and friendship with musician and producer Sahuna Love (Shaman's Dream), and blossomed with the help of Amani Friend (Desert Dwellers & Desert Trax). Each song weaves the medicine of the original, while beckoning listeners to explore and express their prayers or meditations through embodied movement. For Amani Friend and his Liquid Bloom project, the Re:Generations mixes are a gift that keeps on giving. First remixed by AtYyA, who took on the entire album by himself, now an all-star cast of subsonic wizards from around the globe are putting their own spin on these intoxicating tunes. 

Stars of the psychedelic world like Hedflux and Land Switcher pump thrilling bass into “Roots of the Earth”and “Fire Gathering,” respectively. Kaminanda takes “Sacred Blessing” on a more than 11-minute epic journey. Numatik ignites new life into Fire Gathering .Suduaya, Momentology, Salis, and Nanosphere run the gamut from rich, organic strings and ethereal voices to dark, brooding, and bellowing sub bass covering the spectrum from delicate, ambience to pounding grooves. TRIBONEonce again remixes Deya Dova for a Desert Trax release, and Erothyme closes out the collection with a sprawling anthem of lush sounds.

About Feminine Medicine™
The Feminine Medicine™ project is a series of collaborative albums and stage shows I launched in 2015. Every song on the album is a collaboration between me and another female artist. 

I set out to bring music to the dance floor that showcases the "feminine" aspect through many expressions and faces of the feminine. The music expresses a harmony of both masculine and feminine frequencies that is both danceable and sacred co-created with some of my favorite female artists. I believe this music shows how "feminine" melodic textures and vocals can integrate with traditionally "masculine" bass frequencies to create songs that are harmonically transcendent of any existing genre.   

I have been writing, producing and performing the Feminine Medicine™ music for the last 5 years, collaborating with over 30 female musicians, vocalists, and dancers to showcase stage shows at major festivals including Lucidity Festival, Beloved Festival, and Enchanted Forest Festival. 

Artists showcased on Feminine Medicine™ music so far include: 
Heather Christie, Imagika Om, Liquid Love Drops, Ixchel Prisma, Eden Amadora, Amma Li Grace of Entheo, Tara Divina.

the butterfly is a marvelous demonstration of the power within trust and vulnerability
and in the miracle of metamorphosis
after all, what is a butterfly if not the flowering of a caterpillar beyond its wildest dreams
emerging from the womb of the chrysalis
the butterfly discards its restrictive silken shell
to inherit a magical new world of flowers, breezes, and sunshine
a world of freedom and delight, and the celebration of its divine nature
spreading her wings for the first time, she has no idea whether she can fly
she simply opens her wings in perfect confidence
and is effortlessly conveyed into the spiral dance of graceful flight
and all that then remains is the joyous participation in the divine ecstasy of creation
as you turn your light inward
and witness your true nature
you become an empty mirror
and go beyond beliefs or doctrines
dissolving the veils the formless takes form
going or coming
we are on the right place
as the veils are lifted we will perceive worlds of unimaginable beauty
self-transforming astral worlds of light will shine down and interpenetrate the density of matter
making it translucent, less dense and more permeable to our thoughts and feelings
multi-dimensional reality and the interconnectedness of all things will be as clear as sunlight
and just as the light is not separate from the sun
and the wave is not separate from the ocean
so shall we realize our connection to the source
and recognize ourselves and each other
