Biography:

The Hemácias is a rock band formed in 2002 in Recife, brazil. In the beginning there were only two beginners musicians that they shared the same dream; Carlos Barbosa and Thiago Faithful. The time has passed we have new songs and tests, but with the lack of music that could enrich the work the Hemácias do not reached record songs complete, except "on the balcony". After some formations over the years the Hemácias ended in 2004, and again in 2007. In fact only made a presentation on live 2007 and only with his leader; Carlos Barbosa. Then after a further fall in the path of the band I am the leader of the band felt the desire to write songs that I had never recorded (old and new). Again after developing the songs with more wealth and deepening artistic, I have endeavored in the production, dissemination and deployment in free services on the internet to keep alive the dream of a band that has never presented itself, if fully formed and recorded. The Hemácias for me now is a remembrance of a dream of everything that I have experienced in the last ten years. The songs speak of things that I have experienced. Experiences that have served to demonstrate that I passed and felt in tough economic times. All the songs have meaning and meanings. Directions: when the listener reads and interprets his see, your way of thinking and understanding. Direction: that for also can sometimes become meanings, but everything inside of a base of facts. These for example: "on the balcony", "passage to happiness", "flowers" and "through the words" speak of girls, women who I loved, but I got separated in the path. AND others speak of situations that I have experienced. Good and bad Experiences that which served to my maturation. In my view, and as I understand the songs of everything that I spent and registered in Hemácias are not songs, sad or melancholic depressive (up because the increased influence of these songs comes from English culture, my way of expressing singing comes hence ... ) are songs that comes from a heart tired and wounded expressing through screams and whispers a whole soul who wants survive, bringing to its interior a force, a power, the Love that the bring the Reason of a life; of being alive.
