Tired eyes, sink into the dark

If I Fell is a song by The Beatles which first appeared in 1964 on the album A Hard Day's Night. It was written primarily by John Lennon and credited to Lennon–McCartney. "That's my first attempt at a ballad proper. ... It shows that I wrote sentimental love ballads way back when", John Lennon stated in his 1980 Playboy interview. 
The song stood out for me when I first listened to that Beatles album back in 1964 and it remains one of my all-time favourite tracks. During my career, working in schools, I attempted on two occasions, with two different choirs, to tackle this song with a large singing group. On both occasions, I was unhappy with the way it was sounding and eventually scrapped it from the programme. With these frustrations in mind it became a “must" for my recording list when I retired. Abby Strickland is, once again, the vocalist I chose for this important song. I wanted it to sound different from the original Beatles version but every time I tried something unusual, it just didn’t work. I asked Abby to try and keep the original harmonies on the vocals. I changed the key and slowed down the tempo a little. I also added a little piano to the introductory bars. In the end the changes weren’t that significant but I am still happy with the finished version.

New Track from me i hope you like it Im not sure if it is the final product or not. I made this track using strings and brass sections with a mix of modern beats and modern synths mixed in. It has the feeling of love and the way that there are highs and lows in our lives all of the time. I hope you enjoy it!
