Tom in for Nick and joined by Newsboy of the Daily Mirror David Yates from Epsom Downs Racecourse. It's Cazoo Gallops Morning and we hear from John Gosden and Charlie Appleby who have sent some of their leading lights to Epsom for track experience ahead of next week's Cazoo Derby Festival. Rider Chris Hayes is along to reflect on the performance of Moyglare Stud's Homeless Songs in yesterday's Irish 1000 Guineas and we also hear from Tom Marquand who won on Alenquer in the Tattersalls Gold Cup. Dave gives his thoughts on the events at Epsom this morning and also reflects on the feature action from Ireland over the weekend.

They lead with a curious arsenic positive in horse trained by Richard Hannon, one which appears to have both trainer and investigators foxed, but whose central themes may lead to further debate when the case is concluded. Nick talks to trainer Conor O'Dwyer about his 300/1 winner at Punchestown yesterday, the joint longest in Irish racing history, while TRC No 1 jockey James McDonald drops in to talk about his Royal Ascot sprinting stars and another likely victory for Zaaki in this weekend's Doomben Cup. Nick and Lee talk two Stoute stars - Desert Crown and Bay Bridge - while consignor Timmy Hillman talks a rare store sale in Newmarket for Tattersalls, JA McGrath brings his update from Hong Kong and we meet MyRacehorse shareholder Nick Lowe, enjoying his first experience of racehorse ownership.

They lead with a look back at the most dramatic moments of Gold Cup day at Royal Ascot, asking whether or not Frankie Dettori warranted the implicit criticism he received from connections of Stradivarius and whether Inspiral is likely to dig him out of a tricky spot on Friday afternoon. The Assignment: Add material atop a pre-existing beat to form a complete track.

Note: This week’s project is the second part of a two-parter, following up last week’s, but you don’t need to have participated last week in order to do this one.

Step 1: You will be adding musical elements atop beats created last week by other members of the Disquiet Junto. Select a beat. There are beats from 30 or so musicians in the SoundCloud playlist:

Step 2: Add material to the beat you selected in Step 1. You can rework the beat if you like, even combine beats, but assuming you have limited time, the focus of your effort should be what you add, not what you do with the pre-existing material.

Step 3: When posting your track, be sure to credit which track(s) you employed as the foundation for your work.

Eight Important Steps When Your Track Is Done:

Step 1: Include “disquiet0573” (no spaces or quotation marks) in the name of your tracks.

Step 2: If your audio-hosting platform allows for tags, be sure to also include the project tag “disquiet0573” (no spaces or quotation marks). If you’re posting on SoundCloud in particular, this is essential to subsequent location of tracks for the creation of a project playlist.

Step 3: Upload your tracks. It is helpful but not essential that you use SoundCloud to host your tracks.

Step 5: Annotate your track with a brief explanation of your approach and process.
