An Evening with the Underground Symphonic Orchestra is an unconventional symphony based on the work of Toby Fox from the soundtrack of Undertale, reimagined as an orchestral/progressive rock work from Undertale's mix of 16-bit-ish and MIDI sounds. Undertale is one of my favourite games of all time and has one of the most intelligently-written soundtracks that I know, so this is the least that I can do to pay tribute to a game that means so much to me. Welcome... to T-SPIN! A series of AUs based on Storyspin and its further-spun brethren. Follow our protagonist on the adventures they have through each AU's version of the Underground.

The once beautiful, snowy forest of Snowdin has now made way for a giant, bustling, high-tech city. Since the tragic passing of Alphys and Undyne, some of Alphys' old plans were dug up, and a group of monsters decided to take it upon themselves to honor her by helping her plans come true.

This is not dead.

I've been working behind the scenes, fitting this in during my spare time. There is far more to show than just this one track, but I don't have the time to render every single one of them.

For what it's worth, I'm doing the tracks mostly in order, which should speak to how many tracks I've done by this point.

Part of Project #FamiTALE or #UNDERNES. Not to be confused with the other UNDERNES. This project is made by hand for actual hardware NES playback; an NSF is supplied that can play back on original Nintendo hardware. UNDERTALE belongs to Toby Fox. The game and original soundtrack can both be bought at undertale.com/.

This track is heavily inspired by both CORE and Undertale (since it's played in New Home). A lot of symbols are put into this song. This is another one of the "Main Themes" for the AU. The more intense-sounding Ruins represents that you're welcome to the monsters world! The chord change from F# to E suggests that you'll be facing countless of troubles ahead, then it changes back to its original key to represent that they're still full of hopes for your arrival! The ending part, namely, the pretty subtle "New Home" theme played by "Undertale" is to represent Chara's brand new adventure with their theoretical theme and "His Theme" played at the same time. The violin (the lead instrument) plays the melody of a modified "Undertale", specifically in this part: 4:43-5:19 Patient plays in this segment not only because it compliments Another Medium, but also because Chara's soul would be Patience as the soul traits are reversed from Determination to finally Patience.
