In this episode, I sit down with Ken O'Conner, an international educational consultant and author specializing in standards-based grading and assessment, to talk about best practice and his work with the teachers and staff at Lincoln to implement best grading practices Preschool through Grade 12. We talk about some of his "15 fixes" for grading and our experiences with student motivation and learning in a holistic, standards-based system. Ken's work has been a part of my professional practice for at least the past 15 years, so this is an exciting opportunity for me to talk directly with a leading expert in the field. Enjoy!
